Sesions are $40 per hour, a package of 4 sessions costs $125, a package of 8 is $250, and a package of 12 is $350.


The Healthy Bodies Gym is a 24 Hour Gym - sign-up at www.healthybodiesquincy.com


Yes, a membership is required to attend Healthy Bodies Gym and to get personal training. The introduction session includes a free gym tour and practice gym training session and if moving forward with training purchase of a gym membership will be required.


 

  1. Dynamic Warm-Up: This prepares your joints and tendons for exercise by increasing blood flow and flexibility.
  2. Warm-Up Sets: Before diving into the main exercises, you’ll perform lighter sets to activate the relevant muscle groups and ensure proper form.
  3. Exercise Instruction and Feedback: Your trainer will guide you through proper form and technique for each exercise, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
  4. Machine Usage Guidance: If you’re using gym equipment, you’ll receive instructions on how to use machines correctly.
  5. Cool-Down: To prevent muscle soreness and promote flexibility, you’ll finish with static stretching.
